More than what meets the eyes

To me, everybody is unique and they all have different stories and struggles.

This belief has guided me in both my research and personal life, helping me uncover unique stories and meet interesting people.

As I transition into counseling, this mindset will continue to drive my efforts to connect with others on a deeper level to help them.

GET TO KNOW ME

Who am I?

  • Bubbly and cheerful (when I laugh, I laugh out loud)

  • My hands do as much talking as my mouth

  • Values self-acceptance and awareness

  • The full story is often hidden from what we first see

  • Loves the outdoor and avid mountain hiker - with a goal of climbing different ones every year

MY PERSONA

My Passion:

I genuinely love to see and hear people taking care of themselves (healthy physically, mentally and socially). I was at a park on one Sunday morning and I saw elderly, kids, family, couples, runners, dog lovers, all out and about. My heart has never been so full.

My Strengths:

Figuring out my strengths and weaknesses has been a journey. Here’s what I’ve learned: I’m someone my family and peers trust to listen without judgment, show empathy, and offer thoughtful advice.

My Belief System:

I truly believe we need each other to live a longer and healthier life. And, I want to be able to support the community, big or small, in any ways I am able and willing.

My Current Profession:

A dedicated UX researcher, speacialising in Qualitative methodology. I am using my skills and what I'm good at to create features that matter to users and businesses.

Empowering Change

I believe in empowering individuals by focusing on strengths, solutions, and meaningful progress. I aim to help individuals navigate life transitions (second chance, marriage / divorce, grief, etc.).

MY THERAPEUTIC INTERESTS

My Philosophy:

“Therapy is not about fixing people or emotions, it’s about walking alongside them, helping them uncover their strengths, and meanings to live an authentic life.”
