With experience

I started my career in market research but eventually made the move to UX research, a shift that felt natural since I was very interested with the tech industry.

I specialize in qualitative research, using a variety of methods and behavioral techniques to uncover what users need and how they think (and behave).

As a multilingual facilitator, I can connect with users in English, Malay, Mandarin, and Cantonese, which has been invaluable for working with diverse groups.And, making them feel heard to share genuine insights.

I have managed a team of researchers. Helping them grow, supporting their work, and collaborating on meaningful projects.
